Hidden leaders

Many consider leadership as something limited to managers, but in modern approaches, anyone who influences individuals toward desired outcomes is considered to be a leader. So, why is it important for us?

There are certain people who have the potential and interest to be leaders regardless of their official position. Unfortunately, many overlook these people, whereas if they paid attention and got to know them, they could get better results by supporting and empowering them; after all, they’re getting a free service just because that’s someone’s way of self-actualization! At the very least, if you don’t do anything to support them, don’t push them to resign by denying them a small pay rise or a simple verbal appreciation.
